Shipping Policy
All shipping is estimated depending on location. We ship nationally, within Australia. Please contact us for International Shipping.
Turn around usually takes 3-4 weeks. Shipping usually arrives within 3-5 business days.
Pickup is available in the Melbourne region upon appointment from warehouse. We use a private courier not Aus-post. Combined postage available upon request.
Refund Policy
Fat Poppi will replace an item if it is a manufacturing issue (eg. Faulty).
Fat Poppi will not refund if damaged in post, however all shipping costs come with insurance.
Please contact us for insurance details. Fat Poppi will NOT be held accountable for the costs or replacement of a lamp or any parts of the lamp if the client damages the item after receiving it/during use.
Please contact us for our repair services should something happen to the lamp during use.
